contract models: EPC and PPA
Clients have the possibility to choose between two contractual solutions for the implementation of photovoltaic systems, tailored to their specific needs: EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement). Both options offer advantageous and flexible solutions, ensuring access to solar energy efficiently and tailored to different needs.

EPC contract models
We design, engineer and construct photovoltaic installations and battery power plants. Our revenue comes from construction and the possibility to sign an operation and maintenance contract. After construction, the asset pertains to the client.

PPA contract models
We fund, engineer and construct photovoltaic installations and battery power plants. Our revenue comes from a fixed income per consumed MW/h. After the write-off, the client can keep the installation free of charge or choose to have it removed by us. Unused energy is injected into the network, generating additional revenue. In this model, the operation and maintenance are our responsibility.
